    You have answered so much that i needed to know, I just started doing p90x again, the first time I tried it I followed the diet plan and felt? like I was starving to death, now im making my own diet and after watching these videos its helped guide me into a more knowledgeable direction.     @ThebooX0 Good question, I would think it depends on the nutritional quality of the food you are eating before bed. First off: why are you? eating before bed? What is that fueling you to do? Dream? Nah! If you need a bed time snack go for something that’s easily digestible and won’t spike your blood sugar (I like cereals).

    @kimberlyiolani I’m (Taryn) a certified personal trainer, fitness instructor, have a background in kinesiology, have a master’s degree in health studies and completing my PhD in the field of health sciences….and we only consult peer-reviewed sources for our given answers…. so yeah, a bit of legitimacy behind our training. ;) But great? question, you shouldn’t just any advice from anyone, seek out the experts!!!! xo T
